Referral Procedure

If you would like to refer someone (or you want to refer yourself) to The Bridge, please contact us on 0121 442 6322.
At the referral stage you will be required to provide minimal information allowing us to assess your/your client's suitability for Bridge House. If Bridge House seems to be suitable accommodation for you/your client, you will be sent an application form. (If we cannot accept the referral, we will explain the reasons why).
If you/your client has any communication needs please inform us at the initial enquiry stage.
On the completion and return of the application form, you/your client may be invited for an interview and told of any conditions that may apply. After interview, the application will be assessed and we will inform you of a decision as quickly as possible. This will normally be within 3 working days though it may be necessary for us to request additional infomation to fairly assess your application (such as a sentence report, psychiatric report, discharge report, etc).
If we decide to offer you, or your client, a place at Bridge House you will be able to move in as soon as a place becomes available.
